Our cheese is proudly made from our own pasteurised milk supplied by our Friesian Herd from our family Farm Happy Acre.
In our cheese we use pasteurised cow’s milk, vegetarian rennet and cultures. Using these ingredients our cheese is suitable for vegetarians.
