Garlic and smoked cheddar roasties
Serves 4-6
- 1lb potatoes
- 50g Smoked cheddar
- 1 heaped tblsp cornflour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- Sup of oil for roasting
- Pre heat oven to 180dg
- Par boil potatoes for 10 minutes, strain and let cool for 5 minutes
- Mix flour, garlic and parsley together in a bowl
- Shake potatoes into bowl
- Place on roasting tray and shake some oil on them
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning half way through
- Sprinkle grated smoked cheddar on top for last 5 minutes
- Serve with some garlic mayo and your fav dinner, bbq, summer salad or sambo
