Garlic and smoked cheddar roasties

Garlic and smoked cheddar roasties

Serves 4-6

  • 1lb potatoes
  • 50g Smoked cheddar
  • 1 heaped tblsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • Sup of oil for roasting
  • Pre heat oven to 180dg
  • Par boil potatoes for 10 minutes, strain and let cool for 5 minutes
  • Mix flour, garlic and parsley together in a bowl
  • Shake potatoes into bowl
  • Place on roasting tray and shake some oil on them
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning half way through
  • Sprinkle grated smoked cheddar on top for last 5 minutes
  • Serve with some garlic mayo and your fav dinner, bbq, summer salad or sambo
